Setting Up Blister or Dosett Patients

To use Blister or Dosett, the patient must be flagged as a Blister or a Dosett Patient.

1. Open the Patient Folder.
2. Select the Preferences tab.
3. In the General section, select the Blister Patient or Dosett Patient checkbox to turn the flag ON.

Note: If you selected the Blister Patient checkbox, it is recommended you also select the Dosett Patient checkbox. In the future, if your pharmacy wishes to switch the patient over to Dosett, you will not have to re-open every Patient Folder and select this checkbox. Selecting both checkboxes will permit you to transition easily, should your pharmacy need to.

4. Select Save or OK button (the available action button differs depending on how the Patient Folder was opened).
